How do I access my Account Settings?
To access the account settings page, please do the following:
1) Log in to your account through a web browser at mhzchoice.com
2) In the upper right corner select the "ACCOUNT ICON" then select "Settings"

How do I update my email address?

You can update your email address and profile information on the profile settings page. 

1) Log in to your account through a web browser at mhzchoice.com
2) In the upper right corner select
the "ACCOUNT ICON" then select "Settings" 
3) Select INFO
4) Edit your profile information as needed and click "SAVE" to save your changes

How do I update my credit card?
You can update your credit card  on the billing settings page.
*If you subscribed to MHz Choice using your iTunes, Roku or Google Play Store account, click here.

1) Log in to your account through a web browser at mhzchoice.com
2) In the upper right corner select
the "ACCOUNT ICON" then select "Settings" 
3) Select BILLING
4) Select REMOVE CARD to clear the current credit card
5) Enter the new credit card information as needed and click "ADD CARD" to save your changes

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?*

You can cancel or pause your subscription on the billing settings page. When you cancel, your video access will exist until the next charging cycle, but you will not be further charged.

2) In the upper right corner select

3) Select PURCHASES

4) Select CANCEL or PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION


*Canceling iTunes, Roku & Google Subscriptions

If you subscribed to MHz Choice using your iTunes, Roku or Google Play Store account, please click on the appropriate link below:

What does "pause subscription" mean?
You can pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 month periods. You will not be billed during your pause. Once your "pause" expires, or you actively resume your resume your subscription, your billing will automatically resume. 

 






How do I resume my subscription?
If you have paused your subscription and would like to resume it, you can do so on the billing settings page

1) Log in to your account through a web browser at mhzchoice.com
2) In the upper right corner select
the "ACCOUNT ICON" then select "Settings" 
3) Select PURCHASES

4) Select RESUME SUBSCRIPTION
