This is a known issue on Roku devices and is not an error with the MHz Choice Roku channel. The error typically indicates a problem with your Roku or the hardware connected to your Roku.
Unplug and Restart Your Hardware
Restart your Roku and your TV by unplugging them both from power for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and turn them on with the power button. Restarting your device is often enough to restore your ability to connect to MHz Choice.
