Do you sell DVDs to addresses outside of the U.S.?
Due to a variety of reasons, MHz Networks no longer sells or ships any merchandise to areas outside of the U.S. Customers outside of the U.S. wishing to purchase MHz Choice DVDs can do so at here.

Are your DVDs compatible with U.S. DVD players?
Yes. All of our DVDs are Region 1 NTSC For Use In U.S. DVD Players.

What are your shipping policies?
We offer Free Shipping via FedEx Home Delivery within the U.S. for orders of $75 or more. There is an $8.00 shipping fee within the U.S for orders less than $75. Additional shipping fees will apply to orders using expedited services. Virginia residents will incur a 5% sales tax on their order. 

Orders placed M-F usually ship within 24 hours. Sat/Sun orders usually ship next business day. Orders placed on U.S. bank holidays usually ship next business day.

PO Boxes and FedEx
If you are shipping your order to a PO Box, please be aware that the only FedEx service that goes to PO boxes is FedEx Smartpost. With FedEx Smartpost, FedEx delivers the package to a local post office, and the post office finishes the final portion of the delivery. As a result, this transit time is a lot longer than with Home Delivery. Packages going to a PO box can take between 7-14 days to be delivered depending on the final destination.

How do I reset my password on my MHz Choice DVD store account?
1) Make sure you are logged out of your MHz Choice DVD store account.
2) Go to this link here:
3) Click "Forgot Your Password?"
4) Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

What is your return / refund policy?
Unopened DVDs
Unopened, non-damaged DVDs can be returned for a refund by mailing the DVDs back to our returns department at this address:

Once we receive the unopened DVDs, we will issue a refund for the cost of the DVD less original shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for returns.
Damaged DVDs
Damaged or defective DVDs can be returned for a full refund. Please use this email form here to contact us about returning damaged or defective DVDs.
